About WikiSauna
WikiSauna is a plain record of sauna and steam equipment on sale at the store: cabins and barrels, portable steam tents, heaters and steam generators, infrared blankets, and the small things that live in a hot room. Each page notes what the listing says about a product and what it cost on the day we looked.
Taken from the title, nothing added
Heat type, wood, seating, power and whether a unit is meant for indoors or out are read from the product title and shown the way the seller wrote them. If a title never says how many people a cabin seats or what a heater is rated for, that line stays empty. We do not guess from a photograph, and we do not convert one unit into another to make two products look alike.
Nobody here has sat in one
No one on this site has built a cabin, lit a heater or timed a warm-up. You will not find our own photographs, star ratings, or remarks about how a bench feels or how evenly a room heats, because we would be inventing them. Wiring, venting and installation questions belong with the maker's manual and a qualified electrician.
A price and the day it was read
Every price on WikiSauna comes from the store's listing and is printed with the date and time it was read. When a listing goes stale, its price comes off the page instead of lingering, and you are pointed to the store for today's figure.
Guides and Learn
Our guides compare products on stated specs and price. The Learn pages explain terms such as heater rating, infrared heat and cabin woods, using what makers and standards bodies publish. The front page says how many products we cover.
